A gas fee, or network fee, is the amount charged by the blockchain network — not the casino — for processing your transaction. The name comes from Ethereum, but the principle applies on every network: the fee is paid by the sender and its size depends on the network's current load, not on how much money is moving.
How large it is. The orders of magnitude differ many times over between networks. Tron and Litecoin transactions are typically the cheapest, Bitcoin and Ethereum noticeably more expensive and volatile at peak times. The same USDT moves on several networks: TRC-20 and ERC-20 are the same money, only the fee differs by an order of magnitude. The casino itself usually charges no handling fee; if more than the network fee disappears from a withdrawal, ask support for a written explanation and compare the amount in a block explorer.
How to reduce the fee:
- Choose a cheap network that the casino supports in both directions — a cheap deposit does not help if the withdrawal only runs on an expensive network. - Do not split withdrawals into small amounts: every transaction is a separate fee, and one larger withdrawal is almost always cheaper. - Avoid peak hours, when the network is congested and the fee rises. - Check the withdrawal minimum. If the minimum is small and the network fee large, the fee eats a proportionally large share of the amount.
