Why this site exists
In the crypto casino niche a large share of the reviews are in fact a rewritten press release: the numbers in the table come from the casino itself and nobody opens the small print. Yet withdrawal speed, the KYC threshold and the bonus terms are exactly what decide whether the money ends up in your wallet.
We check those three ourselves — with our own account, our own money and always by the same procedure. The result goes into the table unchanged, regardless of whether the casino is a partner of ours or not.
kryptokasiinod.ee is not a casino or a gambling operator. We do not take bets, do not hold players' money and do not handle payments — we compare crypto casinos operating under a foreign licence and write down what we saw while testing.
Five steps in every test cycle
Every casino goes through the same five-step cycle, always in the same order. No step is replaced by the casino's press material or an affiliate manager's promise.
We open an account in our own name and make a deposit in at least two cryptocurrencies. We do not use press accounts or demo balances.
We take the welcome offer and actually clear the wagering requirement. Every catch in the small print — the maximum bet, game weightings, the deadline — is written down.
We request a withdrawal at three different times: on a weekday morning, on a Friday evening and at the weekend. The clock runs from the request to the blockchain confirmation.
We increase the withdrawals until the casino asks for a document. That amount goes into the table as the KYC threshold, together with exactly what was asked for.
We put three questions in the chat window at different times of day, at least one of them about a withdrawal. We assess both the speed of the reply and its substantive competence.
If a step is left unfinished — the account is closed, a withdrawal is left hanging or support stops replying — we write that into the report too. An unfinished test does not disappear.
What the score is made of
The weightings are fixed before the test and apply to everyone equally — no casino can bargain its weak spot down. If we change the model, the change goes into the change log with a date.
How we earn money
From affiliate links. If you open a casino through our link and start playing, the casino may pay us a commission. Nothing changes for you: the bonus, the terms and the rate are exactly the same as going to the casino directly.
This site contains affiliate links, but the commission does not influence the ranking. A place in the table comes from the measurements and the model described above. Casinos that failed our test stay named even if they have an affiliate programme — and the top of the table may hold a casino we have no partnership with.
Editorial rules
No casino sees a report before publication or can influence its wording. We always correct a factual error, but never a judgement.
There are no sponsored positions or paid highlights in the ranking. If something is advertising, it is marked separately.
A negative assessment remains until the problem is demonstrably resolved and the casino has passed a retest.
We review the casinos at least once a quarter and note when we last checked.
On law and taxes we say where to look for official information and do not present our text as legal or financial advice.
The casinos compared here operate under foreign licences (for example Curaçao or Anjouan) and hold no Estonian licence — they are not in the Estonian register of gambling operators (HAMPI). Using them is at the player's own risk and everyone should check the laws of their own country. 18+. Play only with money you can afford to lose. If play is no longer under control, call the free counselling line 15410.
Contact
Write to toimetus@kryptokasiinod.ee. We welcome corrections, tip-offs and complaints about casinos — we usually reply within a couple of working days.
If a casino refuses to pay you out, describe the case as precisely as possible: the casino's name, the dates, the amount and currency, what customer support replied and what reason it gave. Tip-offs like that go into the next test cycle and we publish the result even when it falls in the casino's favour.
What this site does not cover
There are only crypto casinos here: houses where deposits and withdrawals go in a coin rather than a
bank transfer. That is a deliberate limitation and it means that **none of the casinos compared here holds
an Estonian licence**. Estonian consumer protection, supervision and the HAMPI
self-exclusion do not reach them — anyone who wants those protections should
not start here.
Anyone who wants to play under an Estonian licence will find those houses in our sister projects. Each site covers its own
market and each is run by its own team:
- pangakasiinod.ee — casinos with bank transfer, where money moves to the
account and back without a wallet.
- kiiredvaljamaksed.ee — the withdrawal times of houses with an Estonian
licence, measured with the same stopwatch.
- freespin.ee — the wider Estonian casino market: bonuses, games and reviews.
A valid licence can always be checked yourself in the
Tax and Customs Board's list of legal operators — it is a public register and
every site's claim is worth checking against it, ours included.
We also give no tax or legal advice. On the taxation of crypto winnings there is an official explanation
on the Tax Board's page.
