Overview

A no-deposit bonus is marketing, not a gift

No-deposit bonuses usually carry three restrictions at once: the market’s highest wagering requirement, the lowest cashout cap and the shortest deadline. Treat it as a free test drive — you get to know the platform, the casino gets your attention.

Work out an offer’s real value before accepting it. The effect of wagering is explained in the bonus small print article.

When a site offers a list of "20 no-deposit bonuses", it is selling clicks, not verified offers. An offer only enters our table once the small print has been read through.

In practice

How to take a no-deposit bonus

Read the max cashout before you start — it is always capped, and it is that number, not the size of the bonus, that sets the offer’s ceiling.

Do not make a deposit to the same account before the bonus is fully cleared: a mixed balance creates disputes that the terms resolve in the casino’s favour. Treat it as a free trial — statistically only a small share of players reach a withdrawal.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to make a deposit later?

You should not have to. If a casino requires a deposit in order to withdraw, it is not a no-deposit bonus — and in that form it does not enter our table.

Why is the max cashout capped?

The casino protects itself against bonus hunters. A cap at twice the free-money amount is the usual market ratio.

Does a no-deposit win have to be declared?

A win from a no-deposit bonus is still a win at a foreign casino and declarable income for an Estonian player. The amounts are small, but keeping a transaction log costs nothing.

Value

Why a no-deposit bonus is almost always small

A no-deposit bonus is the only offer where the casino risks something before the player does. That is exactly why it is small and tightly restricted: a low amount, a high wagering requirement and almost always a separate maximum withdrawal line. That last one is the most important number in the whole offer — it tells you how much you can get at best.

Work it out before, not after. A ten-euro bonus with 40× wagering is €400 of turnover; with a €50 withdrawal cap it means the rest is wiped even if you got lucky. The bonus calculator converts an offer into an expected value in euros, and the wagering calculator shows the required turnover.

At crypto casinos this form is rare. Most houses prefer rakeback or cashback, because those tie the refund to actual play and do not attract bonus hunters. If you are looking for a way to try without your own money, it is worth also looking at free spin offers.

No-deposit offers at Estonian-licensed casinos are a separate market with its own rules — they are covered by freespin.ee, and bank-transfer houses by pangakasiinod.ee. Check the licence in the EMTA register. 18+, play responsibly — free counselling on 15410.
