How a duel's winner is chosen

Both sides go through the same test and the same metrics, after which they are compared line by line: the score, the offer and its terms, the deposit, the payment methods, the licence and the support. The winner comes from the editorial team's scoring points, not from a casino's marketing. If the gap stays within the margin of measurement error, the result is a draw — see the methodology.

When a duel does not give the answer

How a duel is decided

A duel answers the question most readers arrive at the table with: which of these two? A category-by-category comparison shows that "the best" depends on the playing style — the winner on fast withdrawals is not always the winner on the bonus.

The loser of a duel is not a bad casino: both sides have made it into the ranking, i.e. passed the same test. If neither side is in the table, there is no duel.

What is compared in a duel

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can a duel be commissioned?
You can suggest one: toimetus@kryptokasiinod.ee. We run a duel when both sides are on our tested list.
Why is a draw allowed?
When the gap between the measurements is smaller than our margin of measurement error, declaring a winner would be pretending to a precision we do not have.
Does a duel's result change?
Yes. A duel is calculated from the live ranking every time, so a new measurement cycle can change the winner.
Methodology

How a duel's winner emerges

1. Withdrawal speed — 30%. The median of three measurements from request to wallet, on both sides within the same month.

01Withdrawal speed30%

The median of three measurements from request to wallet, on both sides within the same month.

02The bonus's value25%

The amount divided by the wagering, the max bet and the deadline; a big percentage without the small print does not win.

03The KYC threshold20%

The amount we reached without documents, measured with increasing withdrawals.

04Limits15%

The per-time, weekly and monthly caps, confirmed in writing.

05Support10%

The reply time and whether the reply is substantive or a template.
