An anonymous self-assessment

Is playing under your control?

Six questions about your playing over the past 12 months. Answer honestly — the answers stay only on your device, are not stored or sent anywhere and disappear when you leave the page.

If you need help right now, do not wait for the end of the test: call 15410 or open 15410.ee.

What to do with the result

The test is not a diagnosis. If the result made you uncomfortable, do not sit with it alone: the counselling line 15410 is anonymous and free and nobody there will talk you into anything. The hardest step is the first call — everything after that is easier.

What the answers mean

01One "yes" is not a sign of danger

Most of these happen from time to time to anyone who plays at all. What makes a pattern is several of them recurring. The clearest single signal is **chasing a loss** — the plan "I will win it back" is the fastest route to a large loss and almost always a sign that the decision is no longer yours.

02A foreign casino is not connected to the HAMPI register

A self-exclusion set in Estonia does not block any of the houses compared here — the limits have to be set at each house separately. What that means in practice is on the responsible gambling page; if the problem concerns someone close to you, there is a separate guide for family and friends.
