Every change concerning the ranking, the scores or the scoring methodology reaches this page. When a casino's score moves up or down, when someone drops out of the table or is added, an entry appears in the log together with the date and the reason.
The log is public for a simple reason: a comparison site's assessment is worth exactly as much as can be verified afterwards. Including when a change is uncomfortable for us.
What kinds of entry are in the log
All entries fall into four kinds. The kind says how big a change took place in the ranking and what evidence it required.
A casino reaches the ranking only after an observation period and a first withdrawal test made with our own money. The entry states which tests were done and with what score the casino entered.
A casino disappears from the table when withdrawals drag, support goes silent or the bonus's small print changes retroactively. The entry remains even when the casino fixes the matter later.
A new measurement or a confirmed complaint can move a score in either direction. The entry states which part of the score changed and on what basis.
When the weightings, the measurement rules or the scoring boundaries change, the methodology version rises and the whole ranking is recalculated under the new rule.
How to read a single entry
An entry's date is the day the change took effect in the ranking — not the day we noticed something. The verification time in between is stated in the entry's text.
In one sentence, what changed: who was added, who was removed, which score moved or which part of the methodology was updated.
Behind every score change is a specific observation — a measured withdrawal speed, a changed wagering requirement or KYC threshold, a confirmed complaint or new licence information. We do not publish an entry without a reason.
At the end of the entry is what the change did to the ranking: whether a place moved, only some sub-score changed or the casino disappeared from the list.
How a change reaches the log
No score moves on a single observation. Both our own measurement and a complaint from a reader go the same route.
The signal comes either from a regular measurement cycle, from the complaints inbox or from the casino's own notification, for example a changed wagering requirement.
We confirm the observation through at least two independent pieces of evidence: a new withdrawal attempt, an archived version of the terms or correspondence with support.
The editorial team decides whether a single sub-score, the overall score or the place in the ranking changes. In a borderline case the casino stays in the table but the observation is recorded.
The change takes effect in the ranking and gets a log entry the same day, with the reason and the impact. We do not rewrite an old entry afterwards.
An entry that started from a complaint describes the case in general terms — we do not publish the player's name, account number or correspondence.
What this log promises
These rules apply to every entry, regardless of whether the change is favourable to the casino or not.

What happens during each cycle
The change log is filled to one fixed rhythm. The weighting shows how large a share of a cycle's working time each step takes.
How the log works
1. Score changes — 40%. Every score change goes into the log with a reason; a change without a reason is not a change but an error.
Every score change goes into the log with a reason; a change without a reason is not a change but an error.
Dropping out of the ranking is recorded permanently, together with a description of the case.
A wrong number is corrected within 48 hours of being reported and the correction is noted here.
At the end of every cycle a line is added even when no score changed.
The log has 9 entries. Older entries remain even when a casino is no longer in the ranking.
The first year
The site opened in April 2026. All the entries below come from published test cycles and handled complaints — not from casinos' press releases.
The August cycle published
Every casino on the list got new withdrawal, KYC and bonus measurements. The order of the ranking was recalculated from the measurements.
A score change after a complaint
Handling a complaint revealed that a withdrawal stood for five days without justification. The money was paid out, but the delay is reflected in the score.
The July cycle published
New measurements for the whole list and KYC thresholds rechecked at three casinos.
A casino removed from the ranking
A bonus win was voided with a rule added retroactively. The evidence was archived, the casino gave no explanation.
A new casino on the list
Passed a three-month observation period with three successful withdrawals and entered the ranking.
A casino removed for slowness
A withdrawal took six days and support did not reply. The case is recorded in the failures section.
The complaints process made public
Resolved cases got a public table and the complaints inbox was opened to all readers.
The glossary and the calculators made public
The terms and the wagering calculator went live, so that the small print can be recalculated yourself.
The site public
The first ranking was published together with methodology version 1.0.
