kryptokasiinod.ee is an independent information and comparison portal writing about crypto casinos with a foreign licence. We are not a gambling operator: we do not accept bets, do not broker games, do not hold players' money and do not manage gaming accounts.

All content on the site is informative. No article, ranking, calculator or comparison is legal, tax or financial advice, nor a call to play at a particular casino. The decision is always yours.

If you register at a casino, a contract arises between you and that casino — not between you and us. Questions about the account, withdrawals, bonus terms and customer support are resolved by the casino itself. Our role in such a dispute can only be that of a go-between; how that works is described on the page Complaints.

The site is intended only for people aged at least 18. If you are not yet 18, please leave the site.

We do not verify a visitor's age — each casino does that itself at registration and in the identity check. If minors use the same device in your household, consider installing parental controls or a content filter.

Gambling is not a way to earn money or to get out of debt. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and only with time you have to give to it.

The casinos compared on the site operate under foreign licences (for example Curaçao or Anjouan) and may not hold an Estonian licence. They are not under Estonian supervision and are not connected to the Estonian register of gambling restrictions (HAMPI).

Whether and how you use a foreign casino is your own decision and your own responsibility. You also bear compliance with the applicable law, any tax obligations and the risk that in a dispute the supervisory authority sits outside Estonia and the proceedings run in a foreign language. Always check the laws in force in your country of residence.

Cryptocurrency has risks of its own: rate swings, network fees, irreversible transfers and, if the wrong network or address is chosen, the permanent loss of the money. Those risks are borne by the user as well.

The site contains affiliate links. If you open a casino through our link and register, we may earn a commission. No cost is added for the user and the terms of the casino's offer stay the same.

The commission does not affect the assessments, the ranking or what we write down in a test. A place in the ranking follows from the methodology we have published on the page About us and the methodology. We publish critical observations about casinos we have an affiliate agreement with as well.

Content is not for sale: no casino can buy an article, a score or a place in the ranking. If an offer is a paid cooperation, we mark it separately.

Bonuses, terms, licence data and measurement results correspond to the moment of testing. Every page carries a date showing when the data was last reviewed.

Casinos change bonuses, limits and withdrawal rules without notice and some offers are not available in every country. Before starting to play, always check the terms on the casino's own page — in case of a conflict the text published by the casino applies, not our summary.

We measure withdrawal speed in every test cycle with our own money and our own accounts, but no measurement is a promise. Your withdrawal time depends on the checks, the payment method chosen, network load and the time of day and may differ noticeably from our result.

If you find an obvious error on the site, report it on the Contact page — we usually correct or clarify it within 48 hours and record more substantial changes on the Changes page.

The content is presented as it is. We do not guarantee that all information is complete, current and free of errors at every moment, nor that the site works without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from:

• the use of, or reliance on, information on the site;
• money lost in gambling;
• a casino's acts or omissions, including a delayed withdrawal, a closed account or a voided bonus;
• the content of third-party pages we link to.

External links are meant for finding information. We do not control the content of other pages or their data practices and opening them is at your own risk. Nothing in this clause limits liability whose limitation the law does not permit.

The site's content — texts, reviews, measurement data, tables, design and structure — is protected by copyright and belongs to kryptokasiinod.ee unless indicated otherwise.

Quoting is permitted in reasonable volume if you add a clear attribution and a followable link to the original page. Not permitted are mass copying of content, automatic scraping, republication of rankings or data sets in full, and use of the content in a way that gives the impression of cooperation with us or of our endorsement.

Casinos' trade marks, logos and names belong to their owners. We use them solely for the purpose of identification and journalistic reference — that does not mean the trade mark owner's endorsement or a cooperation relationship.

We may change these terms from time to time, for example when a new feature is added to the site or when the law changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page; the version number and the date are in the page header.

We flag substantive changes on the Changes page. Using the site after a change has been published means that you agree with the new version.

Estonian law applies to these terms. We try to resolve disputes primarily by correspondence; if no agreement is reached, they are resolved in an Estonian court.
