Guide

An offer whose terms are not shown before registration

BC.Game does not publish the welcome offer's terms publicly — they open only on the account. That is
information in itself: an offer whose wagering requirement and
max bet limit you cannot see before registration cannot be assessed before
registration either.

What to do in that situation. Open an account, read the terms and only then decide whether to
deposit — a bonus does not have to be taken. Once the terms have opened, run them through the
bonus calculator: if the expected cost exceeds the bonus amount, the offer is
mathematically loss-making, however large the percentage on the banner.

Two things to know from the review. BC.Game gave up its Curaçao licence in 2024 and now operates
under Anjouan, where the complaints procedure is weaker — see the Curaçao explanation and
the article on the licence change. And the house has a history
of complaints about a late, unexpected KYC demand precisely at larger wins. On an unverified
account there is a daily withdrawal limit. The full picture: the BC.Game review.

There is no Estonian licence. Anyone who wants Estonian supervision and consumer protection will find those houses in the
Tax Board's register and comparisons on the
pangakasiinod.ee and freespin.ee pages.
