Guide

How much a crypto casino bonus is really worth

The advertised number is the bonus's price, not its value. "300% up to $1,000" means the casino adds three times your deposit — but that money is not yours until the wagering requirement is met. The calculator converts the offer into the number that actually matters: how much turnover has to be generated and how much of that turnover the house is expected to keep.

The calculation is simple. The required turnover is the bonus (or the bonus plus the deposit) multiplied by the wagering multiplier. The expected cost is that turnover multiplied by the house edge, i.e. a hundred minus the game's RTP. A €100 bonus with 40× wagering means €4,000 of turnover; at 96% RTP the expected price of that turnover is €160. A bonus that promised a hundred euros costs on average sixty more than it gives.

Three things the calculator does not show but which ruin the decision

The maximum bet with a bonus. Almost every offer limits the stake size while a bonus is active — usually to five euros. A single breach voids the win even when it was accidental. See the max bet explanation before you take an offer with a high multiplier.

Game weighting. Slots mostly give 100%, table games 10% or 0%. If you play table games, multiply the required turnover by ten. The game weighting page explains where to look for that table in the terms.

The deadline. €4,000 of turnover fitted into thirty days is €130 a day. If that is not realistic, neither is the bonus.

Where these numbers apply

At crypto casinos wagering requirements are generally higher than at Estonian-licensed houses, but the refund more often comes as rakeback, which has no wagering. Compare both: our bonus list shows the small print next to every offer, and the cashback calculator works out the value of a loss-based offer.

If you prefer to play under Estonian supervision, where consumer protection and self-exclusion apply, pangakasiinod.ee compares bank-transfer casinos — the licence can always be checked in the Tax and Customs Board register.

How to read the calculator's result

If the expected cost exceeds the bonus amount, the offer is mathematically loss-making and no campaign page rescues it. If the cost falls clearly below, it is a good offer — provided you can generate the turnover in time and the max bet rule does not catch you on the way. The third variant is the most common: the result is borderline, and then what decides is how much you would play anyway. A bonus that makes you play more than you planned is a cost even when the calculation shows a plus.

Before registering it is also worth looking at the withdrawal side. A fast, free withdrawal makes a mediocre bonus tolerable; a slow withdrawal ruins a good one. Our fast-withdrawal ranking measures that with real deposits.
